Contest – JustMarkets Great Anniversary Contest

1. Introduction

1.1. JustMarkets Great Anniversary Contest (hereinafter – “Contest”) is organized by JustMarkets for both new and existing Clients.
1.2. The total prize pool for the Contest consists of:

• 20 gms of Gold or money prize 3000 USD x3;
• 10 gms of Gold or money prize 1500 USD x5;
• 5 gms of Gold or money prize 700 USD x7;
• money prize 1000 USD x10;
• money prize 500 USD x10;
• money prize 300 USD x10;
• money prize 200 USD x 40.

1.3. Contest Period: 1st of June 2026 to 31st of July 2026 (all dates inclusive).

1.4. By participating in the Contest, each Participant fully agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. How to enter the JustMarkets Great Anniversary Contest

2.1. To participate in the Contest:

• Be persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the Contest is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“minors”).
• Be an active, registered Client of the JustMarkets or register one or more new trading accounts.
  To deposit at least 100 USD for an account. Only accounts deposited with the minimum required amount can be registered in the Contest. The internal transfer of money from one account to another account is not considered as a deposit.
• To sign up for the Contest, go to the Personal Area, navigate to the ‘Benefits’ section, select the account you wish to participate with, and enter your nickname. Only Standard, Pro, and Raw Spread accounts can participate in the Contest. Demo accounts do not qualify Clients to enter into the Contest.
• To trade:
  – 3 universal lots or more during the current week (from Monday till Sunday) within the Contest Period on Standard or Pro or Raw Spread account that was registered in the Contest – to participate in Weekly Lucky Draw.
  – 10 universal lots or more during the Contest Period on Standard or Pro or Raw Spread account that was registered in the Contest – to participate in the Final Lucky Draw.

* A universal lot is defined as 100,000 USD in trading volume (opened and closed). Different instruments have different contract sizes and prices, so the volume created by 1 universal lot is not always the same. Please note that the value of instruments can vary significantly. Please see example: To open and close deals for 1 lot (100 contracts) of XAUUSD, it is approximately 265,000 USD.

2.2. Only one trading account registered by the Client may participate in the Contest. The universal lots traded on several trading accounts isn’t summed up.

3. Selecting the TOP-15 Winners

3.1. The winners will be determined based on the total lots earned during the Contest Period. The leaderboard, which will be updated daily on JustMarkets website, will reflect the cumulative Points of each Client reflecting a certain nickname. At the end of the Contest Period, Clients will ranked 1 to 15 (“Top 15”) shall each receive a guaranteed prizes:

3.2. The determination of rankings and allocation of prizes by JustMarkets shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute.

4. Selecting the winners of the Final Lucky Draw

4.1. 4.1. After the Contest ends, winners will be randomly selected from Clients who have fulfilled the conditions in clause 2, using a digital randomizer tool – the Wheel of Fortune.

4.2.Participants will be divided into three tiers in accordance with the volume of trading during the Contest Period:

• Tier 1 Сlients are those who traded 100 lots or more during the Contest Period;
• Tier 2 Сlients are those who trade between 50 and 99 lots during the Contest Period;
• Tier 3 Clients are those who trade between 10 and 49 lots during the Contest Period.

4.3. The winners in each Tiers will be determined through a random draw as follows:

• Tier 1 Prize : money prize of 1000 USD – 10 Final Lucky Draw winners;
• Tier 2 Prize : money prize of 500 USD – 10 Final Lucky Draw winners;
• Tier 3 Prize : money prize of 300 USD – 10 Final Lucky Draw winners.

4.4. A Participant may win Final Lucky Draw only once. If a Participant is selected as a winner more than once during the random draw process, only their first selection will be considered valid, and any subsequent selections will be disregarded and replaced with another eligible Participant.

5. Conducting the Weekly Lucky Draw

5.1. In addition to the main Contest and Final Lucky Draw, a Weekly Lucky Draw will be held throughout the Contest Period.

5.2. Each week, all Clients who have fulfilled the conditions in clause 2, will automatically be entered into the Weekly Lucky Draw. Each eligible Client will have equal chances of winning the weekly prize, regardless of the number of lots traded. Each Client has 1 chance to win.

5.3. The winners will be determined through a random draw – Wheel of fortune, each Tuesday within all qualified Participants for the last week (from Monday till Sunday).

5.4. In each Weekly Lucky Draw, 5 winners will be selected. The Weekly Lucky Draw will take place over 8 weeks during the Contest Period, and each winner will be awarded a money prize of 200 USD.

5.5. A Participant may win only once per week. If a Participant is selected as a winner more than once during the random draw process, only their first selection will be considered valid, and any subsequent selections will be disregarded and replaced with another eligible Participant.

6. Conditions for receiving Prizes

6.1. The announcement of the main Contest (Top 15) winners will take place after the end of the Contest Period, no later than the following week. The results will be published on the JustMarkets website and/or official social media channels.

6.2. The time and place of the Final Lucky Draw and Weekly Lucky Draw will be indicated on the JustMarkets website and in official social networks. The list of winners will be published on the JustMarkets website and official social media pages within 10 business days of their selection.

6.3. The determination of winners and allocation of prizes by JustMarkets shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute.

6.4. Notwithstanding the use of a random draw to determine winners, the Contest shall not be deemed, interpreted, or classified as a game of chance, lottery, or gambling activity under any applicable laws. Participation in the Contest is free of charge and does not require the payment of any consideration.

6.5. JustMarkets will notify the winners by email and phone, which are specified in the Client’s Personal Area.

6.6. Winners must be available for communication within 10 calendar days from the date of winners announcement (via email and/or by phone). In case JustMarkets is not able to reach the winner within 10 calendar days after the first contact with the winner, the prizes may be canceled.

6.7. A Personal Area must be fully verified in order to get a reward. In case the winner does not pass the full verification within 7 business days after the winners announcement, the JustMarkets reserves the right to cancel the reward.

6.8. The prizes can be exchanged for their monetary equivalent, in accordance with clause 1.2.

6.9. In the event that the Prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond JustMarkets control, then JustMarkets provides a replacement for a money prize in the indicated money equivalent in accordance with clause 1.2.

6.10. Prize Distribution:

6.10.1. Weekly Lucky Draw prizes – will be credited to the trading account participating in the Contest within 10 business days.

6.10.2. Final Lucky Draw prizes – will be credited to the trading account participating in the Contest within 10 business days.

6.10.3. The TOP-15 prizes – Gold or monetary equivalent will be sent or credited within 45 days after receiving the winner’s confirmation/response.
6.11. The money prize is available for trading activity or withdrawal.

7. General

7.1. By participating in this Contest, Clients automatically give permission for JustMarkets to use their personal data (full name and country of residence) and photo with a prize in JustMarkets marketing activity, including posting information on the JustMarkets websites, social networks, and other promotional materials.
7.2. Each Client agrees to provide only real data (including, but not limited to full name, email, phone number). Providing fake data may result in disqualification from the Contest.

7.3. JustMarkets reserves the right to disqualify any Client accounts from the Contest if there is evidence suggesting that multiple accounts are linked, including but not limited to matching IP addresses, shared personal data, or other indicators of coordinated or fraudulent activity. Such measures may be taken to ensure the integrity and fairness of the Contest.

7.4. JustMarkets reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, manipulation, or any abuse of the Contest rules, such as opening offsetting trades or exploiting technical errors.

7.5. JustMarkets reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Participant without explaining the reason, including, but not limited to opening big volume opposite orders with the same currency pairs in different trading accounts at approximately the same time, usage of failures in the quote flow for getting guaranteed profit or any other kinds of cheating which will be determined on the JustMarkets’s sole discretion.

7.6. There are no restrictions on the partner revenue share from the trading accounts that participate in the Contest.

7.7. By participating in this Contest, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Client Agreement as published on the JustMarkets website.

7.8. JustMarkets reserves the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as cancel the Contest without prior notice.

7.9. Any situation not described in these Terms shall be subject to JustMarkets’s own discretion decision.
